Customer Support Smart Portal

As part of our continued efforts to deliver efficient and further enriched customer service we’ve introduced our Smart Support Page, an enhanced way to service our customer’s technical support needs.

This page can be used to log your technical queries, whereby an automated page will generate a support ticket allocated to your query. After your ticket has been logged a representative will contact you for further assistance.

This allows for quicker turnaround times for your technical queries and support calls. The Smart Support Page can be accessed by clicking customer support tab on our home page.

Alternatively, we encourage customers to contact us on support at corporateinsights.co.za for technical system failures, issues or service interruptions.
