Do you undertake automated assessments of non South African individuals and companies?

Currently we have only enabled automated lifestyle, third party due diligence and integrity screening for subjects that have a South African domicile, which includes South African citizens, companies, trusts and persons with a permanent residence permit. Each country has strict data privacy compliance requirements, which means we are unable to transfer data outside of the geographic location in which it resides. While our system is designed to fully comply with South Africa’s data privacy compliance requirements, we have not yet developed the data privacy requirements of international jurisdictions. The automated assessment of international subjects is something that we may plan for the future.
